SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are packed and dispatched from Monday to Saturday between 10am and 6pm. Our valued customers can enjoy free shipping on all orders. Your parcel will be delivered within 2-3 business days to either your home or an alternative address. There would be no customs and import duties and taxes.
ORDER TRACKING
After order dispatched, you will receive an order shipped notification by email which contain all shipping information, including tracking no., you can trace the tacking no. in courier official website.
If the tracking no. is not showing any record, please try later since it takes time to synchronize information.
SPECIAL DELIVERY REQUEST
You may contact our delivery partners to schedule your delivery or request for special delivery arrangements after you have received the tracking number for your order in your email.

MISSED DELIVERY
If we fail to reach you at your specified shipping address, our delivery provider will leave you a message or give you a call. A re-delivery will be attempted on the next consecutive working day. You can always find contact of our delivery provider in the email once order has been shipped!
